Our team includes trustees, advisers, case workers, admin and other supporters.
- Trustees are volunteers who help to guide and govern us, working with staff to shape strategy and give direction.
- Advisers are trained to provide information and advice across a broad range of subjects including benefits, housing, debt and employment. Advice is given by phone, face to face or email, helping clients to make informed decisions.
- Case workers are specialists within their subject area who work with clients to interpret information and take action to resolve their issues.
